Being the Finance Manager and a part of the leadership team, I hold a key strategic position within the business, contributing significantly to its success and direction. In my role, I oversee important responsibilities, including financial analysis, reporting, planning and budgeting, and cash flow management. These tasks are essential for shaping the financial health and success of the business.

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

It's transparency for me! Transparency is essential in finance due to its role in the company. By providing transparent financial data, other departments and individuals within the business can make well-informed decisions. When financial information is easily accessible and understandable, it enables better planning and resource allocation. Transparency strengthens relationships with people within the company.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

Outside of work, I absolutely love to travel and explore new destinations. It's a passion that brings me so much happiness! Thanks to the flexibility of remote work, I can now combine my love for travel with my professional responsibilities. When I'm not exploring the world, I also enjoy playing tennis. While I'm a beginner, I find immense joy in hitting the court and improving my skills. Tennis offers a great way to stay active. Also, I became a semi-professional DIYer in the last few years!  House refurbishment projects allow me to explore my passion for interior design and home improvement.
