Tell us about your role

As the newly appointed Account Manager based in the North, I am looking forward to continuing to raise the already impressive profile for Conscious Solutions in the North. I will be meeting and visiting our clients in the North to introduce myself and support them in managing their accounts to the highest standard.  

I look forward to networking at events and carrying out prospective client meetings sharing our impressive suite of services and how Conscious have delivered on similar projects.  

I have a keen way of listening to a client’s requirements and offering suitable solutions of how best we can support their goals.  

To all the firms in the ever-changing digital landscape my advice would be to stay fluid, be curious and show off your personality.  As a qualified lawyer (now non-practising) I was responsible for business development, supervision and fee earning. I am aware of the pressures of juggling billing, growth and visibility.  With my experience in digital marketing, I can draw on my knowledge of the legal world and marketing to help optimise their online presence alongside our fabulous team.  

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

I’d say inquisitive. I love this value as I am naturally inquisitive. Having an investigative nature, we can find solutions that may not be initially obvious. I believe the more that we listen the more that we can learn from others. I love getting to know people and feel this helps in building relationships. 

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

I was born in Lancashire and raised in South Africa where most of my childhood was spent swimming and exploring nature. Our family moved back to England in 1994 where I qualified as a lawyer. 

I am a very proud mum to my daughter Sienna and son Rocco. We are a blended family of 6 with my partner Micky’s wonderful teen twin boys, Oscar and Jackson who live in Plymouth. I am also a cockapoo mum of 5 fluffy cockapoos. I love going on adventures, travelling, walking, reading, theatre, meals out and quality time with my partner, friends and family. Also, an avid football fan supporting my son at his football matches as well as watching Everton.
