“To me, leadership is not about necessarily being the loudest in the room, but instead being the bridge, or the thing that is missing in the discussion and trying to build a consensus from there.”
— Jacinda Ardern, 40th Prime Minister of New Zealand

I support all the teams within Conscious with a focus on operational efficiency and productivity including how we use our primary project management platform, ClickUp, plus how we record and account for time spent on client projects.
Having been at Conscious for nearly 15 years, transparency is extremely important to me and central to how I lead the team. Having open and honest conversations with those in my team, other departments, and our clients ensures we are clear on the direction we need to take and how best we support one another.
As a mum to 2 children, when I’m not working, I’m usually found ferrying them to and from various clubs/events/shows or joining in with their hobbies at home. As a result, I’m a regular (terrible) footballer, (in)competent baker and (downright messy) arts-and-crafter.
After a 15-year (eek!) hiatus, I’ve started playing netball again and can be found flinging myself around the court on a weekly basis. Exercise forms a big part of my life, whether it’s cycling, kettlebells or even taking on the Three Peaks Challenge in 2022.
When it comes to holidays, I like having as many as possible, please!
