Tell us about your role

At Conscious, Lewis keeps everything running smoothly. You rarely hear from him, which is an excellent sign. As Systems Administrator at Conscious, he is responsible for maintaining the internal infrastructure that underlies the business' day-to-day activities and implementing new technologies.

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

Lewis is inquisitive, if something is broken, he’s identifying how and why. If something isn’t broken, Lewis is thinking of ways it could break to reduce the risk of it happening. Lewis approaches problems from multiple points of view to ensure he can get the best outcome.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

Lewis has a whole range of interests including music, beer and fast cars. Lewis likes to spend time with his son. But as a tech guy, Lewis naturally prefers to be behind the camera than in front of it.
