Tell us about your role

As the Social Media Manager at Conscious, I look after our clients’ social media channels which involves creating collaborative content, identifying opportunities to jump on trends and taking advantage of any new social media innovations. I work closely with our SEO and Digital PR teams to ensure our clients’ campaigns are delivered successfully.

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

One of our values is ‘inquisitiveness’ and it’s a value that I carry with me every day in my role at Conscious. You can never be too inquisitive, especially when it comes to digital marketing and social media. Something new is always around the corner and having an open mind and learning new things keeps my mind fresh.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

I live in Bristol with my partner and our son. We have two mischievous cats, Merry and Pippin (yes, like the hobbits!), who we adopted from a rescue centre. On my days off I can usually be found out on long walks in nature, visiting historical sites or going out to eat with my family.

I’m an avid reader - I always have 2 or 3 books on the go at once, and I’m no stranger to the library! Fantasy and science fiction are my favourite genres, although I’m always happy to receive book recommendations!
