Tell us about your role

I'm a fierce friend and massively protective of the people around me, my wife, my friends, and my team. Like all successful orchestras, there is a conductor.  That’s me.  I am rarely involved in delivering any work anymore, and if I were in an orchestra, I would be the percussionist (the simplest job in my head!). 

What’s your favourite Conscious value and why?

For me, it’s “transparent.”  From day one, I personally espoused this value. If things are good, you tell your team; if things are bad, you tell your team. If you need to have a difficult conversation with someone, have it, but be nice.

Tell us about your life outside of Conscious

I am known to work hard and play hard.  Often found at legal sector networking events in my trademark trainers, jeans and orange shirt.  And I often get asked, “Do you wear orange on the weekends?”. A question I answer with a resounding YES. Whether it be biking around, hacking around the golf course and the annual trip to the slopes. There’s always orange involved.  Heck, even Tilly’s collar is orange.
