I just received an interesting email from them asking me if I was satisfied with their service! I had posted a test job on the site about three weeks ago asking for a quote for conveyancing, asking ideally for a firm who knew the Chatham area.
I have a client who are on their "panel" to whom I was expecting them to refer my enquiry. Turns out they did not.
To be fair, I did get two responses on the same day, one from a firm in Preston, Lancashire, one from Street, Somerset.
However, it begs the question as to how the referrals are farmed out, is it based on whichever firm is paying the most, it must be something as it's clearly not based on location/geography!!!
Anyone got any comments on the success of this new service?
