"Sound Marketing" quite literally

"Sound Marketing" quite literally

What happens when someone puts a client "on hold" in your firm when they are talking on the telephone?  Greensleeves?

What happens when your receptionists are busy?  Does an ansaphone or queueing system kick in?  What does it/he/she say?

I met a great company today who help firms maximise the effectiveness of your voicemail/telephone system.  They are called Sound Marketing and are based in Wiltshire.  Basically the system they provide allows you to have pre-recorded messages playing so if someone is put on hold or has to queue they hear a mixture of recorded marketing messages and/or music.  One of our clients Follett Stock in Cornwall have been using them for years.

There is also a more advanced service that allows unlimited dynamic updates, so this means that the day after the budget you could have had a specifically tailored "Budget Update" on your phone system.....just like we do with our clients' websites.

Now, I have simplified what they do somewhat, so if you are interested you need to talk to Richard Yeomans at Sound Marketing or download the background document below.
