Small firms "resilient" to ABSs

Over the weekend I read the story in The Gazette about some new research that suggests that small firms will be resilient in the face of ABSs.  The research was carried out by Oxera.  I tried to find a summary of the report on their website, but could not.

Reading page one of the Gazette, all seemed fine.  But then on page two it says that the research was based on "...analysis of existing data and interviews with 15 businesses....".

15 businesses for crying out loud.  There are what, still 3-4,000 odd small law firms in the UK even now and The Law Society are trying to draw conclusions based on the views of only 15 of them.  Even my naive brain tells me that that's not a statistically valid sample (see Wikipedia)!
