I heard the most extraordinary thing this week. I met a prospective client who was telling me that their current website provider charges them based on the number of page impressions that the site has i.e. the more successful it is, the more you pay for it. Seems outrageous to me.
OK, so all providers will put some kind of bandwidth cap in place, but to charge based on the number of pages the site serves up is just profiteering in my mind. Anyway, no names, no pack drill, let's just hope that we can "save the day"!
