If you want your team to make more connections on LinkedIn, why not incentivise them with a small intra-team competition. We are doing that in our team throughout June.
There are two bottles of champagne as the prizes for :-
- Greatest Absolute Increase in Connections - which goes to the person who adds the most number of connections in the month. 40+ is leading this comp at the time of writing.
- Greatest Percentage Increase in Connections - which is as it sounds…I won't insult you with the maths! 103% is leading this one in our internal competition.
Why not try this with your team. I often get told that lawyers don't fall for these kinds of "tricks" yet the majority of lawyers I've ever met seems just about as competitive as anyone.
