I was lucky enough to be asked to speak at this event today to give a short, sharp overview of what firms should be doing with their website in mid-2006. Additionally I gave LawGroup members a preview of the new LawGroup website that we are in the process of building.
One of the best speakers of the day was Simon Young, the Chairman of LawGroup who also sites on the Law Management Section committee. He gave a great talk on the state of play "post Clementi". My favourite line was when he said firms should :-
"get big, get niche or get out".
