Well, it's finally arrived. It's Wednesday, it's 9am....no, it's not Crackerjack, it's the day that HIPs come into force for house sales of houses with 4 beds or more.

Can't wait to see what the market's reaction is to the actual introduction, particularly with the loophole that the pack only has to be "underway" in order to sell your house, not actually completed!! Amazing!
