I am in Edinburgh today which happily coincided with a PM Forum regional seminar presented by Paul O'Regan (@WoMComms) and hosted at Brodies.
The title was "Using the Written Word to Persuade & Entertain" and was very good. Paul was a very considered, quietly spoken presenter (nothing like me then!!!) who made his points well, yet quietly.
The "audience participation" bit that PM Forum as so fond of was little bit like pulling teeth to start with, then we got going a bit and things seemed to flow better.
