We love Christmas. If there's ever an excuse to do something a little bit silly in the name of marketing, then it's in the month of December.

After the success of our game back in 2011 from Big Bang Creative, we popped another on the blog this Christmas. However, this time, the goal was slightly different; you needed to keep a watchful eye on Santa while he bounced up and down like an inflated balloon, preventing him from falling into the raging chimney fires below, while trying to catch as many gold coins en route as possible. It's safe to say that "Santa Sweep" was a nerve-wracking game and definitely not suitable for the faint hearted... If you did let Santa plunge into the flames, you saw his face squeal in (what must have been) excruciating pain!

Now, I had a few stabs at this game and my top score was 274; pretty respectable when you consider that each Santa click was worth two points, with coins worth only a few more. Well, I thought it was respectable until I realised that my top score had only got me to 73rd position. A few of our clients really went to town on this game; the winner submitted their score 51 times in fact, with their final score at 5948 points... I wonder how many hours that took?

As you can see below, the game was played a total of 785 times, with the average time on page over 5 minutes. In fact, the game accounted for over 10% of all of our page views in December! Just a little bit of fun we know, but boy did it increase traffic to our website!
