I had the chance to speak at the Bristol Enterprise Network's seminar last night which explored whether Geoffrey Moore's book called Crossing the Chasm was still valid 20 years on.
There were three speakers so I used my slot to talk about how I thought we had gone about our sales & marketing to the legal sector and whether or not we came across the "chasm". The slides are below, but of course are not THAT meaningful without my eloquent commentary!
