"How to keep a captive audience"
I spend much of my time sitting in law firms' reception areas and are completely stunned by what I find in too many of them. My current records so far are :-
- a 1998 copy of the Land Rover Owner's Club magazine.
- a 2002 issue of Hello magazine!
- a flyer advertising employment seminars for dates in 2004.
- one reception had information/legacy donation forms from 24 different charities (yes, I counted them).
Do you know any better?
