What were your firm's goals for your new website?

Kingsfords wanted to build upon its established strengths as a traditional company by ensuring its website was highly accessible, informative, and engaging, and it used plain language to both prospective and existing clients and, indeed, third parties.

One of its primary functions agreed with Conscious was demonstrating that it possesses authoritative legal expertise that would enhance its clients' trust in it. Kingsfords wanted clients to feel the warmth and empathy radiating from those staff photographs. so that they would feel comfortable approaching them through the readily available "call to arms" embedded throughout the site.

What are your next steps for digital marketing?

“Conscious will continue to assist us as the website evolves via the provision of engaging, informative content whilst also continuing to maintain our SEO optimisation processes. We hope to add video content to our own YouTube channel soon, as well as increase our company’s social media output. This includes our quarterly client e-newsletter to keep clients abreast of legal issues affecting real lives and inform them of our community engagement and what our staff are getting up to. All of that content will be fed back to our website, which we recognise as the most important tool in our technical marketing and development armoury.”
