What were your firm's goals for this campaign?
We have always been a leading firm in the ‘data breach claims’ market, but competition was steadily growing, and we wanted to cement ourselves as the market leader. Initially, we wanted to increase the brand awareness of our firm organically, which is why we were interested in a National SEO strategy early on.
After success with SEO, we implemented a Paid Advertising campaign, Digital PR campaign and Social Media strategy to further increase our brand awareness and help us to be seen as thought leaders in the industry. We chose Conscious Solutions as our agency because we were confident in their legal sector knowledge, and we like their collaborative working approach with regular Account Management meetings, catch ups and valuable resources shared with us.
How long have you been working with Conscious?
Hayes Connor has been working with the team at Conscious Solutions since 2019 on a number of projects. To start with, we enlisted the help of Conscious with our X (formerly known as Twitter) account and national SEO.
After success in both of these areas, Conscious took on the management of our website and all of our digital marketing activity, which includes SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media and Digital PR.

We are going to continue to work with the Digital PR team at Conscious to comment on the latest data breaches with our expert commentary and undertake dome data-led campaigns in addition to increase our firm’s brand awareness and thought leadership further.
